Gerber Collision & Glass - Las Vegas/Desert Inn Rd
4200 W Desert Inn Rd, Unit A, Las Vegas(702) 201-19004200 W Desert Inn Rd, Unit A, Las Vegas, NV 89102"Alex (I’m almost positive that was his name, sorry if I’m wrong!) was the primary person on my vehicle’s repair and he was absolutely fabulous. Made sure I had consistent updates about my vehicle and comprehensively walked me through all the work done in an easy-to-understand way. It is clear he is an expert and loves cars and wanted me to feel confident in my vehicle. He also gave me comprehensive instructions like not washing my car for the first thirty days at a car wash or with chemicals. I would return to Gerber in the future in a heartbeat, though of course I hope not to have any further car damage!"

The repair was excellent and I’m having no problems with the vehicle. Someone did steal my handicap parking pass but I realize.that is my fault for not removing it from the vehicle’s glove box. To be completely fair, the car spent one night at another tow yard, so somebody there could’ve taken it. Thank you."

From day 1 I was met with incredible kindness and help. I had to figure out a rental car set up because I have a 9 month old. They have a shuttle service to enterprise, I had my baby with me and it wasn’t an issue with the car seat. They made it a point to finish my car quickly because they overheard I had to cover the rental out of my own pocket. They washed my car and even wiped down the inside!"

Fix Auto Las Vegas - Spring Mountain
5240 W Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas(702) 248-72005240 W Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89146"We had a great experience with Fix Auto! They did a beautiful job repairing our car, and it looks just as good as the day we first bought it. Since our car is a bright red, we were a little worried that the paint color might look slightly different after the repairs, but when we picked it up, we couldn’t even tell a difference! The color matched perfectly, and the car looked amazing. Another thing we really appreciated was how communicative they were throughout the entire process. They kept us updated every step of the way, including letting us know when our vehicle would be ready for pickup. Their communication and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’re very happy with the quality of their work and the excellent customer service we received. We would definitely recommend Fix Auto to anyone needing car repairs!"
